VIRTUAL STAGING FOR RESIDENTIAL SPACES

AI virtual staging.
Show a home’s potential.

Virtual staging gives residential real estate experts a visual conversation starter. Real estate pros, interior designers, builders and general contractors can help clients explore furnishing ideas and imagine a possible layout. Use photos of the actual property to compare the original with an illustrative staged version.

BRING YOUR CLIENT CONVERSATION TO LIFE

Show it. Discuss it. Explore the possibilities.

Choose a room type, then open the original and staged result with your client. Talk through the room’s purpose, layout and presentation. Staging adds movable furniture and décor; always check that permanent features and visible condition remain accurate.

For a furnished space, Empty Room + Natural Enhancement removes movable furniture and naturally enhances the photo in one edit for 1 credit. Virtual staging then uses that preview as its starting point. For the best credit value, choose Empty + Virtual Staging instead: remove the old movable furniture and add your chosen staging in one combined edit for 1 credit per photo. The combined option produces a staged result without a separate empty preview and works in batches. Running emptying and staging as separate requests uses 2 credits.

Original room. Furnished possibility.

Use comparisons like this to explain a staging idea to your client. The added furnishings illustrate a possibility; they are not currently in the room.

Check what the camera could not see.

AI cannot verify floor or wall areas hidden behind existing furniture. Inspect those surfaces in the actual room before approving a staged image. Broker Studio does not independently certify the property. Keep the original for comparison. Choose whether to add the “Virtual Staging” label, and make the disclosures required by your MLS and brokerage.
