Your account and photos

Use a verified email address and keep your sign-in details private. Upload only photos you own or are authorized to upload, edit and use. You retain ownership of your photos. Providing the requested service involves storing and processing those photos through our service providers.

AI output requires your review

Ordinary photo edits are instructed to preserve the physical structure, permanent features and visible condition of the property. Fixer upper! is a separate renovation concept treatment: it illustrates proposed cosmetic finishes, lighting and furnishings while retaining the existing room layout, doors, windows and viewpoint. Its Renovation Concept watermark is enabled by default and can be changed for each completed photo. Present it alongside the original and identify it as a possible future interior; it does not represent completed work, verify construction feasibility or provide a cost estimate. AI can still make mistakes, change details or invent surfaces it cannot see. Compare every result with the original and the real property. Virtual staging and twilight edits are illustrative. Apply the disclosures and review required for your intended use, including your brokerage and MLS requirements. Broker Studio does not guarantee the accuracy of generated images or their acceptance by a listing service.

Credits and storage

The free account includes 10 successful edits and space for up to 10 originals, with a 500 MB original-photo allowance. Paid allowances and storage are shown on the pricing page. Current public plans include 100 monthly edits for Lite and 350 for Producer. Existing Team memberships retain their agreed allowances; Team is not currently offered to new subscribers. Any future change to your subscription price or allowance will be communicated before the renewal it affects; you can cancel before that renewal. Initial edits and new treatments use 1 credit each. The combined Empty + Virtual Staging treatment uses 1 credit. Each photo album includes 10 successful adjustments, shared across its photos. After that, each successful adjustment costs 1 edit credit, shown before you submit. Failed or rejected adjustments use neither the free adjustment allowance nor edit credits. Renaming an album does not reset its allowance. Failed initial edits and new treatments return their reserved monthly, prepaid or free edit credit.

Paid accounts have a processing safeguard of 1,000 attempts per UTC day; the Studio has a shared limit of 5,000 attempts per UTC day. Attempts and retries can count toward these limits even when an edit credit is returned. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Processing may pause at capacity. Paid workspaces hold up to 5,000 originals within their storage allowance.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel through My Account before renewal to avoid the next charge. There is no minimum subscription term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Refunds are not offered for unused credits or the unused portion of a period, except where required by law.

Without a credit-pack workspace, after the paid period ends, uploads, edits and organization pause. Existing originals and edits remain available for download for 14 days. After that window, reactivate a paid membership to access the photos still stored in your account. Cancellation and access checks do not delete stored photos. Keep your own backups. Upgrades and availability

A paid upgrade shows the prorated amount for your review before confirmation. Your billing date stays the same, and edits already used remain counted. Service interruptions, provider capacity and file limits may affect processing. Keep independent copies of important originals and results.

Getting help

Contact support about errors, billing questions or data requests. Include a description of the problem, but never your password or verification code. The help assistant cannot make a binding commitment about a refund, legal compliance or image accuracy.
