What does a credit cover?
One initial treatment on one photo uses 1 credit. Another treatment uses another credit. Each album includes 10 successful adjustments across its photos; after that, an adjustment uses 1 credit. Failed or rejected edits use no credits.
Credits pay for editing. Storage is a separate allowance shown in each option below.

Billing, credit and cancellation details
One-time packs cost $20 for 30 non-expiring credits with no renewal. Packs add credits, not storage; trial or monthly credits are used first. Top-ups do not increase your existing storage allowance. Keep downloaded copies of your photos.
Each initial edit or new treatment uses a credit. Storage, processing safeguards and adjustment terms also apply.
How billing works
Lite is $9.99/month for 30 edits and 2 GB storage. Producer is $29.99/month for 120 edits and 10 GB storage. Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms unless changed through billing.
Processing safeguards: up to 1,000 attempts per paid account and 5,000 across the Studio each UTC day, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Retries count toward these safeguards; failed edits return the reserved edit credit. Stored originals, edits and videos count toward your storage allowance.
The free verified account includes 500 MB of storage and includes 5 lifetime initial photo edits. Initial edits and new treatments use 1 credit each, including Empty + Virtual Staging as a combined treatment. Each album also includes 10 successful adjustments across its photos, then 1 credit per successful adjustment, shown before you submit. Failed or rejected adjustments use neither the free adjustment allowance nor edit credits. Renaming an album does not reset its allowance. At the limit, new edits pause; there is no automatic charge. Buy a credit top-up or choose a monthly plan to continue. Purchased credits do not expire; monthly credits do not roll over. Verify your email before checkout so your subscription activates on the same account. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; your plan and storage update after Stripe confirms your subscription. Free-trial users can still review and download photos already in their workspace.
Need a higher plan? Choose it above while signed in. Review the prorated price difference for the rest of your billing month before confirming. Your renewal date stays the same, and your allowance and storage update after confirmation. Edits already used during this billing month still count toward your allowance.
Cancellation conditions
“No contract” means no fixed-term commitment or minimum subscription term. Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancel through My account or secure billing before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
Your monthly edit credits and subscription access stay available until that period ends. Unused monthly credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and add no storage. Legacy 25-credit packs retain their original 1 GB workspace. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
Without a purchased credit-pack workspace, when your paid period ends, uploads, editing and photo organization pause. You have 14 days of download-only access to save your existing originals and edits. After this window, reactivate your membership to access photos still stored in your account. Cancellation and access checks do not delete your photos; keep your own backups.
