Cancellation and photo storage details
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Monthly credits expire; purchased top-up credits do not. Read the full cancellation and photo-access policy.

Delete account
Download any photos you want to keep first. This permanently removes your account, albums, originals and edits from both the app and website. Device copies stay unchanged. Unused credits are removed; deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Required payment and minimal deletion records are retained. Deleting and recreating your account does not reset the free trial.
Website subscriptions will be cancelled. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting this account does not cancel Apple billing.
